The variety of birds and whales we will be viewing are in their natural environment. They are here to feed and raise their young as they have for centuries. We do not control them, we are simply observers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee what species will be sighted on any given day.

PUFFIN WATCHING
At Petit Manan Island you will see the second highest lighthouse in Maine situated on a rugged island. As you approach, the sky is teeming with bird life and the air is filled with the sounds of their chirping. Overhead, you observe the graceful flight of a tern and ahead of you, a group of Atlantic Puffins are bobbing in the ocean water as they search for their food. Feel the excitement that few will ever share because it can only be experienced on the Maine Coast!

BAY - NATURE - SUNSET CRUISES
Both educational and refreshing, these shorter excursions will expose you to some of the history and wildlife to be observed in Frenchman Bay. You will see eagles, guillemots, cormorants, seals, harbor porpoise, the lighthouse at Egg Rock, some of the mansions where people came to "rusticate" around the turn of the century, and more . . . Approximately 1 ╜ hours long.
